This Privacy Policy tells you how Proteus Space, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information we collect on our website www.proteus-space.com (“Site”) effective as of the date posted above.  By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Policy.  

Information collected and how it is used

Our Site is intended for use only by Site visitors within the United States  We maintain servers located in the United States, and personal information submitted is stored on our servers in the United States.  If you are visiting our Site from outside the United States, please be advised that your information is transferred to our U.S. servers.  Disclosing your personal information to us pursuant to this Privacy Policy is at your own risk.  We strive to comply with the laws of the United States but we make no representations that the practices described in this Privacy Policy are compliant with laws outside the United States that apply to the collection, security, use and disclosure of personal information. 

Notice to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah Residents

We are currently not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Personal Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. Notice to Nevada Residents

We do not transfer personal information for monetary consideration.  If you would like to tell us not to sell your information in the future please email us at info@proteus-space.com with your name, postal address, telephone number and email address with “Nevada do not sell” in the subject line.

Disputes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that the laws of the state of Delaware excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms.  Please note that your use of the Site may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws.  You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or dispute with us or relating in any way to your use of the Site resides in the state and federal courts of Newcastle County, Delaware and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Newcastle County, Delaware.

ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION YOU MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO US OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.
