This Privacy Policy tells you how Proteus Space, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information we collect on our website (“Site”) effective as of the date posted above.  By using the Site and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Policy.

You agree that the laws of the state of Delaware excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these Terms.  Please note that your use of the Site may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws.  You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or dispute with us or relating in any way to your use of the Site resides in the state and federal courts of Newcastle County, Delaware and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Newcastle County, Delaware.
